Your beach escape is almost here! To make sure everything goes smoothly from the moment you arrive, please review the important details below. A few minutes now = more pool time later.
During HIP (March 28 – April 11, 2026), city ordinance requires:

| Shores of Panama charges a one-time resort fee: $75 + tax if you pre-register online (recommended) $85 + tax if paid at the lobby Includes up to 6 wristbands + 1 parking pass Pre-registration saves you both time and money upon arrival, so you can start enjoying your vacation sooner. This fee is not included in your booking total and must be paid separately at the lobby upon arrival. It is required for all guests staying at the resort. |

Packing Checklist
- Sunscreen (reef-safe recommended)
- Beachwear
- Flip-flops or sandals
- Medication
- Refillable water bottle
Pack light — we’ve got you covered!
For your convenience, we provide:
- Basic toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
- Beach towels, wagon, cooler, and beach umbrella
- Two oversized umbrellas for those occasional rainy days
- A first aid kit (located under the kitchen sink)
🅿️ Parking Details
- 1 designated space: #1025 (ramp between 10th & 11th floors)
- Unmarked spaces may be used if available (first-come basis)
- Parking pass must be displayed at all times
🕓 Check-In Details
- Check-in: 4:00 PM (We will inform you if early check-in is available.)
- Check-out: 10:00 AM
- You will receive your personal access code prior to arrival
Arriving early? You can complete resort registration and use amenities while waiting for check-in.
🌿 Routine Service Notice
Quarterly pest control occurs in 2026 on: February 19 • May 21 • August 20 • November 12
On these dates, technicians will need to access the unit between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
If your stay overlaps with one of these service dates, we kindly ask for your cooperation in allowing entry during this time. The service is brief and helps us maintain the highest standards of comfort for all guests.
To accommodate any potential inconvenience, we’ve reduced the rate for these dates.
